AmeriKooler's AK-MTG Continuous Line Warehouse Panels

AmeriKooler's Continuous Line Warehouse Panels AK-MTG are manufactured using Structural Urethane adhesive ICC-ES listed, and in accordance with the ICC-ES Manufacturing Process.

Panel Joint is roll-formed metal tongue and grooved.  All  panels come with a 1/2 x 90° metal return on both top and bottom ends (instead of raw edge) for reinforcement. Optional: Wall panels top-end are reinforced with 3/4" plywood bolt-down ceiling to wall.

•     Panel Thicknesses:
            4" AK-MTG, AK-Green Dot 225 Ultra-Hi Density^® EPS insulation,               for coolers and freezers.
            4" AK-MTG, AK-100^® EPS, for coolers only.

•     20 year Constant R-Value Insulation Warranty.


Standard metal finish is "Acrylic-Coated" Galvalume 26 ga. stucco embosed with a primed-face-to-insulation. Optional metal finish is white smooth or stucco embossed with USDA approved polyester paint, 26 ga galvanized steel (G-90) with a primed-face-to-insulation for a strong structural bond.
